Shipping policy

 ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 1 day to process your order. Expect an email within 1 day to let you know your order is on the way!

AirShade ships same or next business day.

Gels can take up to  7 business days to ship.

Orders placed before 1pm EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. We do not ship outside of USA at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. 

When returning an order with promotional free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@airshade.us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
