We love our products and hope you enjoy them too. But if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we made it simple to return your AirShade.

 

What Can I Return?

We're happy to process a return for a full refund for any unused items still in their original packaging within 14 days of the shipment delivery date. 

 

How Will My Refund Be Applied?

We’ll apply your refund to your original form of payment. Your refund will be completed once we receive your item back to our warehouse.

 

Deductions

Please keep in mind that products received damaged or missing original items may reduce the amount refunded to your original form of payment. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. If free shipping was offered, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, Please keep in mind that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective in your order, AirShade Customer Service will make every effort to replace the item promptly. After contacting Customer Service, you will receive shipping instructions and next steps.
